Elounda Residence Resort & Waterpark (Adults Only), Elounda (Crete)

We had a wonderful holiday at this resort! The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience, and the lively atmosphere made our stay enjoyable. The views of Elounda were breathtaking and added to the charm. However, the steep hills could be a challenge, especially after a long day, and the dining options, while decent, left room for improvement in variety.

My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The views were simply breathtaking, and the service from the staff was a highlight, especially George who was incredibly helpful with transport. However, the steep hill to our room was a major inconvenience, and the dining experience could use serious improvement, especially at breakfast. Overall, while I enjoyed some aspects, there were significant areas that fell short of expectations.
